Many people are or have been affected by narcissistic behavior. As a survivor of narcissism, I would like to focus on the children.
For those who are not quite sure how narcissism affects a child, let me give you a brief introduction. Children of narcissistic parents are not shown love and support of any kind. They are expected to be perfect so that the world views their parents as perfect. The children and everything they do reflects them. This is the parents’ mindset.
In my case, it was my mother who was the narcissist in the household. The expectations were high. I was expected to get good grades, stay out of trouble and appear perfect in every way. I was told to be seen and not heard and look good.
Narcissist are completed wrapped up in themselves. They are only concerned with how they appear to others. These personality traits can leave lasting scars mentally and emotionally on kids.

How to Stop Worrying
I am intrigued with a book that I have been reading about how to stop worrying. I picked it up at an old book warehouse in Rockport Texas. This hard cover book that I paid $1.00 for fro was written in 1944 By Dale Carnegie. Yes, the same Dale Carnegie that wrote, “ How to win friends and influence people.” He included many heart felt stories from people of that day and shared how he learned to stop worrying. as read read each persons story you begin to realize that there is no reason for anyone to worry. They all concluded that the worrying caused much havoc in their lives until they learned not to. His recommendation is instead of worrying, do a good deed for another person everyday. When you are busy helping others you will not have time to worry about yourself and life will fall into place. Your worries will disappear.
Carnegie also writes about the adverse health issues that occur when we worry. He discusses the energy that goes out into the world when we worry and it affects. Let me ad that what ever energy we went out does come back to us.
The Healing Energy of Nature
Yellow Daffodil’s are blooming in the gardens. The flowers are peeking up from the frozen ground and are noticeable as I drive along the hilly country roads of Connecticut. The trees are budding red and pink, the grass is becoming green and the kids are itching to get outside. Going outside is the best way to get grounded after a busy day. Natures energy is not only healing but rejuvenating to the soul.
Sensitive People
There appear to be more empathic people on the planet now than ever before. This could also be to the lack of awareness by myself and others but I can feel they are here to assist in raising the vibration of the human collective. Taking us up to a higher freaky with their unconditional love. Sensitive people are often called empaths, as they are empathic people, they have a heartfelt empathy for other, nature, animals, specific locations and more. The energy of world can be very harsh for sensitive people to handle. We are made up of energy and our energy fields are affected by our environment, other people, noises, light and space. Most empaths learn to protect themselves from unwanted energies intuitively. My experience has been the same until I connected with other empathic souls who taught me more about how to work with my own energetic frequency. Often times I am living life and forget that we are these energetic souls having a human experiences and have to bring my energy back into balance. I have a new class for sensitive people and if you think this information would help someone you know, send them my way. Spiritual Law reminds us to honor our parents as this is who you chose to learn the most from in this lifetime. You don’t have to like them or agree with their parenting skills but love them for who they are, as they are the souls who brought you into being. Honor all the children as we are the watchers of the children. We are here to protect them and teach them good and moral ways to live and prosper. So that future generations thrive!

How to Clear Your Energy Fields
Everything is energy and we are waking up to this realization. We are energetic souls having a human experience. As we begin to understand how the energy flows then we begin to pay attention to where we go and who we share our energy with.
I was in my thirties when I began to pay attention to the energy and how it works. I realized that the energy of the people whom I was associating with and the energy of ny surroundings were affecting me. The energy, whether negative or positive had a great influence only happiness, health and well being. I started to pay attention to what was occurring all around me. God our creator was showing me how the universe works, how it is set up for us. I was being shown the laws of the universe. This was the beginning of my spiritual journey.
